Q. Mark (RealityWanted.com) Will, great to talk with you once again, we’re down to the top 8, tell me how that feels?
A. Will Bingham: It feels incredible. There are some great film makers here and to be included in the Top 8 is honoring.
Q. Mark (RealityWanted.com) Last time we spoke you were getting ready to shoot your first short On The Lot, how has it been going working with the crew?
A. Will Bingham:The crew here is amazing. It’s the best in Hollywood the whole cast is top notch.
Q. Mark (RealityWanted.com) Lets talk about last short “Spagetti”. What a great short. Tell me a little but about what it was like to film this one
A. Will Bingham: It was good experience. We had several selections on where to shoot and being that I am a huge western fan I decided to incorporate the two. Two worlds colliding was the theme and it worked out well. The audience loved it and the director of photography did a great job capturing everything.Q. Mark (RealityWanted.com) You received some great praise from the panel of judges, Carrie or Gary loved the fact you moved into “talkies”….Is there a reason you have stuck with limited dialogue?
A. Will Bingham: When you only have two minutes you are limited. So my plan was to show more action and less dialogue. I imagine we have 2-3 films to go so I will probably add more dialogue in the future ones.
Q. Mark (RealityWanted.com) Now that your down to the top 8, do you still feel Zach might be you biggest competitor?
A. Will Bingham:Yeah, we both think outside the box so we are very similar in that fashion. Hopefully we will have different takes for our films and enough to get noticed.
Q. Mark (RealityWanted.com) Do you feel anyone who has left On The Lot left to soon?
A. Will Bingham:The first 3, Carolina, Phil and Claudia left too soon. I don’t think they had enough time to prove themselves but I guess I am fortunate for that.
Mark (RealityWanted.com) You had a break last week, was there a short film out of he action genre you really enjoyed?
A. Will Bingham:Jason’s was really good action movie. I have learned from the others that are on the show. Everyday you just have to get behind the camera and learn from doing.
Q. Mark (RealityWanted.com) Can you give us a taste or teaser as to what we might see from you next time.
A. Will Bingham: Obviously the theme is comedies with touch of romance, so there is going to be an office romance that takes place between two desk lamps. A light comedy.
