After Joey was sent packing his knives in tears last week, Bravo’s Emmy-nominated “Top Chef 3 Miami” returns as the nine remaining chef’testants’ are challenged to whip up ice cream and creative toppings (Wed, August 8 at 10 - 11:00 p.m. ET/PT). Later, the chefs must prepare the perfect “hangover” snack. Guest judge Govind Armstrong (Chef and owner of Table 8 in Los Angeles and Miami), who counts Janet Jackson, LA Reid and Mark Wahlberg among his celebrity clientele, joins the judges’ table this week alongside Tom Colicchio, Padma Lakshmi, Ted Allen and Gail Simmons.
