After Eric chose not to use the veto this week, Amber and Zach remain on the chopping block and both houseguests are campaigning to stay in the Big Brother house. Amber goes to HOH room and tells Jess that she should “want a good person to win the game. While in the backyard, Zach makes a deal with Dick even though he already promised Eric that he’ll help him get out Dick and Danielle. Amber is then shown back in HOH questioning Eric’s loyalty and telling Jess that he has a girlfriend back home, but not to tell Eric she told her, but Eric confronts Jess about it and she tells him everything. Eric explains it to Jess and she seems satisfied by Eric’s answers.

Julie Then greets the houseguests “Greetings Houseguests, this week you all got naked for a shopping spree. Jessica, in the beginning, you were nervous but by the end, you were calling it your best day. Why?” Jessica: “I was really nervous because I am conservative back home, but after I took my clothes off, I was like, Oh, it is a whole new me. It was fun”. Julie: “Danielle, when you learned that Nick was waiting in the wings to help you play ‘The Power of Ten’, you got very emotional. If you got to see him, what would you have said’? Dani:” 1-5-3. You know its hard being in this house knowing someone was there to see me. I think I would have preferred not knowing who it was until I was out of here. Honestly, there is a lot I want to say to Nick, but I can sum it up in those three numbers”. (1-5-3) Julie: “can you decode them for us”? Dani: “No, he knows what they mean”.

Inside the house Jameka has been criticized for her faith, now her church and family speak out. Jameka’s sister says”Jameka is a great young lady; I believe God has ordained Jameka to be on this show. When I saw her going off on Dick I was like’ Go sis!

We then go live to the HOH room where Julie talks with Jess. “Julie;”Hello Jessica” Jess: “Hey Julie!” Julie:” When you and Eric shared your first kiss the other day, your first reaction was ‘it’s about time’. Why do you think it took him so long”? Jess: “Um, The pressure of knowing that you are on TV and that millions of people are watching you, and we are supposed to be here for a game, but we still like each other.” Julie: “You and Eric have an alliance with Dick and Danielle. If it does come down to you us the final 4, who do you think will be the first one out”? Jess:” I think a lot of people think I will be the first one out, but I think a lot of people are underestimating how competitive I am. So I am going to try my best to make it to the end.”

The live vote is next, Jameka voted to evict Zach, 78% of America voted to evict Amber, and Dick and Dani also voted to evict Amber. Amber is evicted by a 3-1 vote and will be the third juror to decide the winner of Big Brother 8. Amber’s final words as she walked out the front door “There is leftover steak in the bottom of the fridge”

The power is up for grabs-

Julie: “Tonight’s HOH is called ‘Big Brother tea party’ each of you is standing next to a teapot filled with 55 gallons of tea. You must transfer the tea from your teapot to the tank at the end of your walkway as fast as you can. As the level in the tank rises, so will the silver ball that is in it. Your goal is to pour enough tea into your tank so the silver ball
Rises high enough for you to get it out. The houseguest to first get there ball to the finish line will be the new HOH. The container you will be using to transfer the tea is under the silver dome Go ahead and remove the dome. Under the domes are small cups that the houseguest must use to transfer the tea. Julie “If you think it will take a long time to fill those large glass tanks, youre right. The cup holds only three ounces of tea and it takes 16 gallons to fill up the tanks. That is about 683 trips back and forth or seven miles. Even if they run; it could take all night to fill the tanks.”

Julie then ends the show with some special program info. Tuesdays POV will be hosted by Janelle from BB6 and 7!!! And next Thursday at 8 there will be double evictions LIVE!!

We then leave the houseguests still competing for HOH…..

Big Brother can be seen 3 times a week Sundays at 8, Tuesdays at (, and the live eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, Thursdays at 8.On the CBS Television Network.
