Interview with Megan from NBCs Age of Love

Jason (RealityWanted.com): How did you get involved in the show?
Megan (Age of Love): I was out for a friends birthday and a casting director for NBC came up to me and asked me if I wanted to be on the show. The next thing I knew I was on a plane going to California to be on the show.

Megan (Age of Love): First I was like, “Wow this guy is dating women my moms age”. But I was ok with the age difference.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): After one episode did you have feelings for Mark?
Megan (Age of Love): Initially I didn’t really have an attraction for him. I thought he was a great fun guy but it wasn’t there in the beginning. After awhile though, I started developing more feelings for him.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): What did you think about the other girls? Were they easy to get along with? Was there friction between the girls?
Megan (Age of Love): I loved all the girls in their 20’s, everyone got along great. At first there was a little tension between the two groups but over time it eased up.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): Would you do anything different on the show if you could do it again?
Megan (Age of Love): No, definitely not. If I am going to fly a long way I need to be head over heels for the guy. I hate airplanes and I know I have a flying issue but I did not feel connected with Mark to make that kind of trip. Overall I think it was a great experience. I met some great girls and had a lot of great times.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): What’s next for you? Are you going back to your job?
Megan (Age of Love): I am in my 5th year at Loyola and plan to pursue a profession in marketing or advertising.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): Do you watch much Reality TV?
Megan (Age of Love): I love the Real World. I always told my friends that I wanted to be on the show. I guess this is about as close as I am going to get.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): What did you think of Amanda’s “backstabbing”?
Megan (Age of Love): Jayanna said a lot of stuff and Amanda really didn’t backstab her. I think she is the sweetest thing ever.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): How about some dating tips for our readers?
Megan (Age of Love): Keep an open mind going into it. Don’t have your blinders on and don’t restrict yourself to a certain type, be open to meeting new people.

Jason (RealityWanted.com): What did you think about Jen’s date?
Megan (Age of Love): Ahhh, that is every woman’s dream date. The dress, carriage….
